Dan Betancourt is the President and CEO of the Lancaster-based Community First Fund. He has led the organization since 1999. Founded in 1992, Community First Fund is a private, independent nonprofit community development financial institution (CDFI) that serves a 20-county region in Central Pennsylvania, the Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia.
